Pray and Praise is a place to meet God in the middle of an ordinary day. We publish a new devotional every morning, alongside prayers, Scripture reflections and Bible studies. All of it is free to read, and no account is needed.
We started it because we kept opening our phones looking for a word from God and finding a feed instead. Verses wrapped in adverts. Prayer dressed up as content. We wanted a room with the noise turned down, where Scripture could be Scripture and prayer could be prayer.
So that is what we try to keep. A devotional that meets the morning you woke up into. Prayers for the occasion you are actually in: the hospital corridor, the school run, the anniversary that ambushes you on a Tuesday. Studies with real depth, in the translation you trust. A journal that stays between you and God. And if the day you arrive is the worst day, real help is a tap away, because faith walks beside help; it does not replace it.
You will not find a streak that shames you, a popup asking for money, or a feed engineered to keep you awake. If you drift, come back. Grace does not keep count, and neither do we.
